RESPONSIBILITIES

In the support and systems unit, we are about 15 employees in various roles with a common mission to administratively support KUTI. We are now strengthening our operations with a systems specialist. You will have the opportunity to work within a driven and ambitious unit where everyone contributes to the whole through their unique expertise.

As a systems specialist, you have an important role. Your primary responsibility will be to administer, manage, and develop the new system for text and speech analysis. Together with business developers, traffic developers, specialists, employees, and managers, you will identify areas for development and opportunities for skills enhancement based on insights from the system. Both the system and the project we are starting are new, which means that tasks, processes, and the system will be built up in dialogue and consultation with you as the systems specialist. You are in a key role where you work to develop the system in dialogue with suppliers based on the needs of the business. The work involves analyzing insights and compiling data to report and create the basis for dialogue and decisions. This requires insight and understanding. In addition, you will collaborate with a systems specialist related to our CRM system to bridge skills and knowledge.

QUALIFICATIONS

To thrive and be successful, you need to have the willingness and drive to develop and manage digital systems and enjoy a role with many partners.

Regarding formal requirements, you have a post-secondary education in areas such as interaction design, data analysis, or computer science, or other education deemed relevant for the position. We prefer that you have experience in a corresponding role where you have worked with data analysis, interaction design, or system management/development, but we also welcome you if you are new to your role. Experience working in public administration and/or work experience from the public transport sector is an advantage. Furthermore, you have excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and you speak English fluently.

You have the ability to concretize ideas and create understanding and good collaboration by inviting dialogue.
